We understand that accidents do happen. We also understand that wear and tear is a normal part of using equipment. If you happen to damage a bed or chair, please call us to report the damage as soon as possible.
Since we use PREMIUM, well constructed Facedown Recovery Equipment that is examined on every cleaning, we are thankful that since 2015, we have only had one cat decide to use our facedown recovery bed as a test of its nails.
We offer in-home personalized delivery within our delivery area. Each in-home set-up is about 45 minutes in length as we listen to your needs and set-up the equipment for you. This is not a drop, run, good-bye.
